    The most awful experience.

    I dropped off my $1000 ball gown for dry cleaning before an event.
    It was returned to me with the weight of the rather heavy dress, hanging of two tiny safety pins they had pushed through the delicate material at the top of my dress!!!
    Obviously my dress has been destroyed where the safety pins have torn through the delicate material.
    What were they thinking using SAFTEY PINS instead of a COAT HANGER on a heavy dress.
    Absolutely heartbroken as this dress had a lot of sentimental value and it has been ruined.
